George Patterson Y & R has brought new modern office that is practical for various working areas of informal lounge, formal presentation space for workstations. The first two floors were for commercial and retail space, while office space is on the third level and building iconic department store boutiques mixed with an official office space above. This building has successfully served as Victorian columns wide with a ceiling height of up to 6 meters and glazed atrium and large open spaces. Designing high ceilings apparently another challenge because it must be able to provide lighting heating, consistent and cooling.

In order to overcome the challenges also defined to include elements of the free-standing architectural fabric.
